Working principle
This machine has a pulping area and a screening area, which can complete the two processes of pulping and screening at once. The waste paper is transported by a conveyor into a slowly rotating high concentration pulping area. At a concentration of 14% -22%, it is repeatedly lifted by the scraper on the inner wall of the drum and falls to a certain height, and collides with the hard inner wall surface of the drum. In this way, due to the mild and effective shear force generated and the enhanced friction between fibers, the waste paper is separated into fibers, foreign impurities and films, plastics, gravel, rags, etc., without being broken down. Due to the continuous rotation and slight inclination of the drum, the waste pulp advances along this inclination and enters the screening zone through the crushing zone. Add dilution water from the drum side in this area to dilute the slurry to a concentration of 3% -4%. The diluted slurry enters the slurry pool through sieve holes, and light and heavy impurities are backwashed back into the drum, continuing to move forward and discharged at the end of the drum.
