The ZGS series of vertical high-concentration hydrapulpers are designed according to the principle of water conservancy vortex. The rotor adopts a mechanism that combines double helix and flying force. When the rotor rotates, the high-concentration pulp makes a radial circulation movement, which promotes the hydration and desorption of wastewater. In the process of operation, waste paper is always in a high-concentration state and is deflated into fibers and separated, which has achieved the purpose of recycling. In addition, the blades of the rotor are oblique spirals. No small chips will be formed, creating favorable conditions for slurry screening. This structure is novel, reasonable, and high in pulp concentration. With the characteristics of energy saving, water saving, and small area, it is an ideal waste paper recycling equipment.
Structure and principle vertical high-concentration hydraulic pulper is mainly composed of tank, impeller, rotor, sieve plate, column and so on. Its main disintegration structure is impeller and rotor. When the impeller and rotor rotate, the high-concentration pulp moves radially, and at the same time, the two spiral blades on the rotor rotate axially from the side of the tank to accelerate the desorption and hydration of the waste paper in the tank. The material is in a high-concentration state in the tank body. Through the axial and radial movement of the impeller and the two spiral blades, the fibers rub against each other to separate the ink particles from the fibers. In addition, since the shear points of the rotor and the spiral blade are weak, they only peel off the light substances (such as plastic film) in the waste paper, and will not form debris to facilitate the screening of the pulp.
