Product Description

1. Please do not put the sizing roller in a place where the temperature is lower than 5ºC or the temperature changes drastically, and avoid the lake wet.
2. Please do not store the sizing roller near electric machinery or equipment with electric spark generation, because these equipment will generate ozone and accelerate the aging and cracking of the rubber surface of the sizing roller.
3. Please do not expose the sizing roller directly to sunlight or organic oil, kerosene, gasoline and other organic solvent chemicals. In addition, the sizing roller should be at least 2 meters away from the heat source.
4. When the sizing roller is not in use, the best protection is to store it in the packing box.
5. If the sizing roller is not used for a long time and is stored, the roller body may be slightly sag and deformed due to its own weight, which will cause trouble for later use on the machine. For this reason, every 2-3 months. The sizing roller should be rotated 180° in the packing box.
6. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C, the only correct way to store the hard sizing roller is to pack the unused sizing roller with an electric blanket, and store it under electric heating!
