The encapsulation roller has good wear resistance, and the roller surface can maintain good surface smoothness. However, the service life of the encapsulation layer is only 2 to 3 years, and it needs to be replaced every six months, and then sent out and re-ground before being used on the machine. In addition, improper maintenance and maintenance of the rubber-coated roller can easily cause damage and damage to the rubber-coated layer. Therefore, the operation and maintenance cost of the rubber-coated roller is very high.
