The vibrating screen of pulping and papermaking equipment is operated by the motor to make the vibrator vibrate, and the vibration part is connected by a spring to make the vibration part vibrate in a multi-rotation shape. This vibration track is a complex three-dimensional curve in space, and the curve is projected horizontally as A circle, the projections on the two vertical planes are both elliptical. Adjust the phase angle of the vibrator to rotate the weight block up and down to change the movement trajectory of the screen surface material. When the upper and lower weight blocks overlap and the phase angle is at 0 degrees , The material diverges from the center to the outside; when the phase angle of the weight block is 90 degrees, the material gathers toward the center.
Vibrating screen is generally used in the front stage of pulping, behind the fiber separator, or behind a section of coarse screen, mainly used for the screening of tailings
