The vacuum box body is made of cast iron, and the vacuum suction sealing strip is a graphite sealing strip, which is pressed on the inner wall of the roller through a pneumatic tire to achieve a sealing effect. The inclination of the cabinet can be adjusted according to actual needs.
In order to reduce the resistance to disassembly and assembly of the vacuum box, rollers are installed at the bottom of the vacuum box on the transmission side. The panel of the shaft head on the operating side is equipped with a pressure gauge, a vacuum gauge, a water and air hose connector, and an amplitude adjustment screw. When adjusting, you can rotate the operating side and drive side width door adjusting screws respectively. The screw rotates one round and the sealing block moves 4 mm. The operating side bearing seat is equipped with a worm gear drive to adjust the position of the suction port. There is a suction port position indicator on the panel.
