The three blade wiper plate of the paper machine mesh is an important component of papermaking machinery equipment.
1, Function
In the production process of paper machines, pulp is sprayed onto the mesh board so that fibers concentrate on the mesh board to form paper. The main function of the three leaf scraper is to remove excess slurry from the surface of the mesh board, ensuring that the clean water flowing through the mesh board can more fully remove the fibers, thereby helping to form high-quality paper.
2, Material and Characteristics
Three leaf wiper blades can be made of various materials, such as alumina ceramics, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UPE), rubber, polyurethane, nylon, and ceramics. Three leaf wiper blades made of different materials have different characteristics:
1. Aluminum oxide ceramic three leaf wiper plate: It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and wear resistance, with a long service life and ideal scraping effect.
2. Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene three leaf wiper blade: wear-resistant, self-lubricating, and has a certain degree of corrosion resistance, suitable for various papermaking environments.
3. Rubber three leaf scraper: With a smooth surface, good scraping effect, and relatively low price, it is one of the widely used materials.
3, Maintenance and upkeep
To ensure the normal operation and extend the service life of the three blade wiper blade, regular maintenance and upkeep are required. Specifically, it includes:
1. Regularly clean the three leaf wiper blade to avoid residue of slurry causing a decrease in scraping effect.
2. Regularly check the tension of the three blade wiper blade to ensure that it is in an appropriate tension state.
3. According to the usage and material characteristics, replace the severely worn three blade wiper blade in a timely manner.
