Wulong Rock Roll is the world's highest granite rock roll. This rock roll is formed by a pure natural magma erupted by a volcano. This kind of stone has high density, anti-magnetic, seismic, tensile and pressure resistance; linear pressure can reach 350 kg/mm; specific gravity per cubic meter is 700 kg heavier than other granites; color is blue-black, high acid and alkali resistance, and does not contain Metal, uniform particles, this stone will not lose particles for life; it can increase the pressure on the wet paper, with good dehydration, good paper threading, easy to detach, easy to dry, and continuous paper. Especially for high-grade tissue paper, writing paper, xerographic paper, cigarette paper, cow cardboard, and value-added tax invoice paper.
Structure principle
Because of the great difference between the ultimate strength of granite under tension and compression, the stone roller usually adopts a prestressed structure. The granite roller body is tightly pressed on the steel mandrel with nuts and washers with left and right threads respectively (in some structures, high-quality cement is poured between the stone roller body and the mandrel). This structure can reduce the tensile stress in the granite roller body. If the pre-compression stress is large enough, the stone roller body can only be subjected to compressive stress.

1.The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to european
countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tighter,we will use film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
