Paper machine adopts fourdrinier type, press part is using pneumatic loaded device. The dryer part doesn't equip with half open type exhaust hood.
This machine is 2400mm four wires multi-dryer can paper machines for producing 50- 80 g / m² printing paper, notebook paper. The finished paper is paper roll.
Paper making process:
Fourdrinier→ 1 group of vacuum suction move roller →four rolls twice press→ one straight press→ smooth press→22pcs of dryer can →sizing machine→8pcs of dryer→ 2 rollers calender→ level type winding machine→ rewinder machine
