Product description

Paper machine adopts fourdrinier type, press part is using pneumatic loaded device. The dryer part doesn't equip with half open type exhaust hood.
This machine is 2880mm four wires multi-dryer can paper machines for producing 50- 80 g / m² printing paper, notebook paper. The finished paper is paper roll.
      
Paper making process:
Fourdrinier→ 1 group of vacuum suction move roller →four rolls twice press→ one straight press→ smooth press→22pcs of  dryer can →sizing machine→8pcs of dryer→ 2 rollers calender→ level type winding machine→ rewinder machine

2.Press part:
Press part is consist of 1 pc of φ550 x 3250mm vacuum suction move roller; Four rollers twice press, φ700mm/φ650mm/φ800mm/φ700mm, the line pressing of 1st press is 60kg/cm, double felt press; the line pressing of 2nd press is 80kg/cm, single felt press; 3rd press is positive press, φ800/φ750, the line pressing is 100kg/cm. Pneumatic loaded device. The way of changing felt is cantilever type. The max tension of felt is 4 KM/m.Press φ700mm/φ650mm.
3.Dryer part
It is consist of 22 sets of  dryer can, the arrangement is 6+8+8, 3 groups of transmission, the bearing of dryer can is antifriction bearing,sealed type transmission.
Dryer can: material is HT250, hardness is HB200-220, working pressure is 0.3Mpa;bearing type is 113536. The dryer can , it is equipped with sealed wheel box. The 1st group is four dryers dragging with 2 pcs of dryer can. The 2nd and 3rd group is four dryers dragging with 4 pcs of dryer can. Lubricated by dilute oil , equip all the needed rotating steam joint and syphon.
