Product Description of hydrapulper

          ZDS series vertical hydraulic pulverizer is used for the separation of fibers. It can break up various slurry boards, commercial waste paper and paper machine damage paper continuously or intermittently.
        Vertical hydrapulper ZDS series is using eight wing open v, impeller, the impeller rotation, the slurry from the impeller peripheral high-speed, and generate a suction head, in the center of the impeller to make pulp from above, from down to up, forming fierce cyclotron and up and down.Input hydrapulper pulp board, waste continues or damage under the action of repeated mechanical tear and turbulence by strong pulp, part not being covered with pieces of paper and pulp fiber bundles and between the impeller blade and sieve plate (its clearance is usually 1-2.5 mm) friction further relief, the impeller to the rear of the wing also has a special shape keep clear of sieve plate screen hole is not blocked.
