Product Description

Napkin folding machine is used for embossing, printing, folding, slitting long or square paper towels. The machine is equipped with two-color ink printing system, which can print various exquisite patterns and trademarks with accurate color registration, high cost performance and strong stability.

Adjust the gap between the two folding wheels according to the different layers of the original paper and the weight of grams.
The color printing system adopts the professional inking roller, which makes the printing effect more exquisite.
The calendering device adopts steel glue, and the embossing bottom roller adopts wool cloth roller, wool roller and rubber roller (choose one of them).
Raw paper is fed into the calendering device by synchronous belt, and then into the embossing device after calendering and printing. There are tension adjustment devices between the raw paper, calendering and embossing.
Steel embossing device can be added to make the paper more smooth.
