The blanket that is out of the nip and carries a large amount of water must first be washed by a high-pressure and high-pressure water jet pipe, and then passed The vacuum suction box sucks out the water in the blanket to ensure that the blanket is clean enough and the moisture content is low enough to re-carry the paper into the nip for a new round of paper dewatering.
In the double-blanket press, both the upper and lower press rolls can use blind-hole press to achieve symmetrical drainage on both sides, which is a unique advantage different from groove press.
