Product Description:

1.Refiner plate is the core part of the beating process of pulping machine  in paper and pulp industry.

2. It is used to improve the beating degree of pulp to satisfy the papermaking demand.

This Refiner plate disc is suitable for various pulp, such as wood pulp, chemimechanical pulp, chemical pulp and waste paper pulp.

3.Material selection

High chromium cast iron, nickel chromium alloy, alloy, stainless steel, tungsten carbide are available.

The optimized grinding tooth profile can meet the needs of specific process, to improve fiber beating quality, paper quality and reduce power consumption.

Packing and shipping 

1.The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to european

countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tighter,we will use film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
2.Different products will packaged according to their shapes, weight, transport distance and transport modes. large machines will be packaged in sections. every part of export machinery will be in standard export package-seaworthy wooden case, waterproof film, straw rope, carton box etc., which will ensure the intactness of products.
