Product Description:
Screen basket is used mainly as coarse screen. The direction of flow is from the inside to the outside.The separated solid contamination is collected in the stainless steel screen cylinder and can be disposed of quickly and conveniently. By using clogging indicators which monitor the differential pressure, the condition of the screen cylinder can be determined at any time. The screen materials can be cleaned and reused, and this therefore reduces operating costs.
Product advantages:
1. the minimum seam width is 0.1mm and the 90% seam width error is less than 0.01mm. 2. Electrochemical polishing,no hanging fiber.
3.The qverall wear-resisting thickness is 0.2mm and the surface hardness can reach HV900-1100,which is more than twice theservice life of screen cylinder.
