Product Description:
With the different proportion of fiber and impurities, the heavy impurities are separated from the pulp to achieve the purpose of purifying the pulp. The equipment has a wide range of applications, which can be used not only for coarse purification of high concentration pulp, but also for fine purification of low concentration pulp before the paper machine.High Density Cleaner mainly applied to remove all kinds of heavy impurities in paper pulp,like staples,stone,glasses,etc.Volute pulp inflow chamber,the eddy ability is strong and low pressure area subarea is obvious.This makes accepts and impurities separate thoroughly.Wear resistance ceramics cone,long service life.Specially designed long cone has small taper angle and fine cleaning efficiency.Equipment with PLC control cabinet,convenient and easy to control,sufficiently discharge impurities.

Packing and shipping
1.The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to european
countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tighter,we will use film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
2.Different products will packaged according to their shapes, weight, transport distance and transport modes. large machines will be packaged in sections. every part of export machinery will be in standard export package-seaworthy wooden case, waterproof film, straw rope, carton box etc., which will ensure the intactness of products.
