Product Description
Paper calender machine is applied after web goes out of dry section,the repeat function process between smooth roll surface and coarse web surface,soft calendaring effect is to get paper's smoothness by heat and pressure function.soft calender,which replace common calender and super calenders,replaces repeated linear pressure of multi-roll through increase the surface temperature of rolls and width of nip,to reach the calendering effect.
Calender mainly consists of roller,rack,backplane,adjustment device,transmission system,roller temperature control device,security device,lubricating device.The roller is made of chilled cast iron alloys,whose work surface has high hardness,wear-resistance and durable life.
