Product Description
The hydrapulper is used mainly for breaking out all kinds of pulp board, and broke all kinds of paper. D-type pulper is particularly design for dissolving old corrugated carton, boxes and mixed waste so that removes contaminant.
High consistency hydrapulper, it works at high temperature and high consistency and make paper pulp have strong friction ,tearing and crumple by strong vortex recycling force .it make paper complete difebering and ensure fiber length and strength,it avoid grinding of waste inside waste paper and also make ink and color separation from fiber easier , hot condition make removing ink and color completely and have better pulp breaking. 
Working principle of hydrapulper:
   When the electric motor start up,the impeller begain to turn the slurry of vat body will be suck in along the axis center . Throw from the circumference with high speed and form severe turbulence loops .
   As the impeller tear at and different speed of slurry layer working together,it produce a huge rubbing effect and make the slurry defibering strongly, separation of fiber .At the same time, the fiber bundles in the gap between impeller and screen plate rubbing to improve the fibrosis effect.
   It can shorten the pulping time, reduce energy consumption and increase the specific capapcity per unit of volume.Product Show
