Product Description of Fiber separator
Fiber separator is a kind of waste paper treatment equipment, which uses the difference of the proportion of the waste pulp and impurities to remove the heavy and heavy impurities in the waste paper material. It also has the function of dissolving and screening. The modern technology of waste paper pulping requires the removal of waste paper into fiber and the separation of the impurities (sand, nail, plastic film, cotton yarn, and straw) in the case of low electricity consumption, less fiber loss and less chemical consumption.
Structural characteristics:
a. There are two basic functions of slurry, namely, the release of the grade, the separation of light impurities, the removal of heavy and coarse wastes, and three basic functions.
b.Low grade waste paper can be used to reduce the pretreatment of raw materials.
c.The production capacity of the existing hydraulic pulper can be increased, and the unit energy consumption of 10~20% can be saved.
d.High quality slurry can be obtained, fiber loss is small, and screening efficiency is improved.
