Features and uses of single disc refiner
1. The ZDP series single disc refiner is a refiner designed and manufactured on the basis of many manufacturers in the same industry.
2. This machine is a continuous beating equipment for coarse and fine grinding in the pulping system of the paper industry. It can also be used as an efficient decontamination equipment for pulp slag regrind and waste paper repulping. It has the advantages of high production efficiency and low power consumption.
3. This machine is a horizontal single-disc refiner with pulp entering on one side of the single grinding zone and exiting from the radial direction.
4. Two types of packing seal and mechanical seal are adopted, and the seal is reliable, and whether there is pulp leakage can be directly observed.
5. Compared with similar refiners, this machine has improved bearing support structure, balanced operation, high efficiency, more compact structure, and easy installation, debugging and maintenance.
