Product Description
ATJ type horizontal non clogging pulp pump can be widely used in light industry and paper industry, the temperature is below 110 C, the concentration is less than 6% slurry, and it can also be used in industrial and urban water supply, drainage and other occasions.
Structural description of Slurry pump:
1, XWJ pulp pump is single stage single suction cantilever structure, mainly composed of pump body, impeller, pump cover, wear-resistant plate and suspension components.
2, from the motor side, the motor rotates clockwise, and the pump is axial inhaled and radial (intermediate) discharge.
3, the pump for the rear door structure, maintenance can not remove the inlet and outlet pipes;
4, the pump shaft has two high-precision rolling bearing support, using thin oil lubrication (20 oil);
5, shaft seal adopts two forms of mechanical seal or filler.
6. The front clearance between the wearable plate and the impeller can be adjusted by adjusting the screw.
7, pump and motor have column pin coupling direct transmission.
