The double disc refiner consists of a refining chamber, a transmission mechanism, a base, and a motor. The refining chamber consists of two fixed grinding discs fixed on the casing and the moving seat and two rotating grinding discs installed on the rotating disc to form two grinding areas. Through the exchange of different tooth-shaped grinding discs, to meet the pulping requirements of various pulps.

3.The rotating disc and the main shaft are connected by spline, which can make flexible axial movement.
4.The adjustment of the grinding disc gap is manual adjustment. The screw nut is driven to rotate by the transmission of the worm and worm wheel, so that the screw rod pushes the stator blade into the corresponding axial movement, so that the gap between the two grinding areas is changed, so that the gap and pressure of the grinding disc reach process requirements, the size of the current is an indication of the pressure in the grinding area.
