Spool rolls are mainly used in long-net, short-net, and stacked-net papermaking machines. Stainless steel rolls have the following advantages over tin bronze rolls:
1.Has higher rigidity and mechanical strength. Its tensile yield strength and impact toughness are more than double that of copper, which is conducive to improving the dehydration rate.
2.Has higher hardness and abrasion resistance, good impact toughness. It does not deform during long-term high alternating load operation, which is incomparable with copper structure.
3.It has high hardness and abrasion resistance, has extremely high corrosion fatigue strength and ability to resist corrosion cracking and corrosion wear, which is 2-3 times that of copper alloys, and the service life is also increased by more than 2-3 times.
In the whole set of equipment, the pope reel roll and the bottom roll of the rewinder are the rolls with the highest speed in the paper machine equipment. At present, the maximum dynamic balancing speed must reach 2800m/min, and the dynamic deflection requirement is also very high, and the dynamic load of the roller must reach 60 tons. For the production of this type of roller, in addition to ensuring the wall thickness difference of the roller body, it is more important to carry out three-stage balance during dynamic balance to ensure that the dynamic deflection does not exceed the standard and achieve smooth operation at full speed. According to the needs of the paper, the surface coating can be encapsulated, polyurethane, tungsten carbide, electroplating and textured, etc.
The pope reel roll surface of the reeling roller is cylindrical. When the roller surface contacts the reeling cylinder, the paper web is wound from the reeling cylinder to the reeling roller. It is required that the rotation speed of the reeling roller is consistent with that of the reeling cylinder, so that the paper web will not be wrinkled or broken, and then the reeling cylinder will drive the reeling roller to rotate and complete the winding operation smoothly.
Since different design speeds have different requirements for the hardness of the rubber, this method has relatively high requirements on the rubber material of the tire. And the tire is already in a transmission state before contacting the reeling roller. The moment the reeling roller starts to run from a static state requires a large frictional force. When the roller surface is in contact with the cylinder surface of the reeling cylinder, it is easy to cause paper folding or paper breakage, and the reeling effect will become worse, and even cause downtime in serious cases, affecting the production capacity.
