Product Description

The forming plate is the first element under the net behind the breast roll of the paper machine. It supports the net and controls the dehydration of the net section. The box is made of stainless steel, the substrate is ultra-high molecular polyethylene or glass fiber reinforced plastic, and the panel is ceramic. Ceramic materials are 95 alumina, 99 alumina and Zirconia. Equipped with a mounting seat that can be adjusted up and down.
