Product Description
The automatic toilet paper rewinding machine adopts computer programming technology to realize automatic change of paper tube (or coreless automatic paper roll), automatic glue spraying, edge sealing and edge trimming, which reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves product quality.
This equipment is mainly composed of paper feeding system, embossing system, punching system, paper receiving system, electric control system, air control system, paper cutting system, transmission system, etc.1. The embossing system is composed of embossing steel roller, wool roller, gantry and so on.
2. Paper feeding system: It is composed of paper support bar and paper guide roller.
3. Punching system: It is composed of double-sided spiral punching knife and bed knife, etc., with low noise and uniform punching.
4. Paper receiving system: It is composed of delivery rollers and reel bars, etc. The finished paper is elastic and adjustable in size.
5. Electronic control system: main interface setting, frequency conversion speed regulation, photoelectric switch, counter coordination, the working speed of the equipment can be adjusted freely.
6. Pneumatic control system: The main interface is equipped with a control solenoid valve to achieve full automation of roller lift, bar lift, bar drop, core insertion, core pulling, roller lift, paper blowing, and glue spraying.
7. Paper cutting system: The paper cutting machine, working skateboard, saw blade, grinding wheel, etc., can adjust the size and specifications of the web cutting.
8. Transmission system: It consists of bearings, chains, V-belts, etc.
9. The transmission part of the machine is equipped with safety protection devices.
