Rotary boiler
Spherical boiler is the cooking apparatuse used for palm oil cooking workshop section. The operational principle is that palm enters spherical boiler through quick- open cover . In the spherical boiler , it is heated by steam directly. After a period of time, it is cooked and intenerated. The condensate water in the sphere through filter screen and in the pressure of steam in the spherical boiler , it can expel the valve out of spherical digester .
Compared with the traditional horizental kettle, this kind of spherical boiler has the following advantages:
With high efficiency, cooking material uniformity ,less cooking time.When cooking the palm fruit ,the sphere can swing, and make the palm fruit mix uniformity. So it increases steam contact area, reduces cooking time and achieves even cooking quality.
Fewer Labour intensity ,simple operation,safe. This equipment fills material ,discharge material and cooking in the same vessel.So it lessens horizental kettle moving time. And after finishing cooking ,it avoids workers pothook transitting on kettle .When filling and discharging,the cover is opened and closed by quick-actuating closure. Turning sphere ,opening and closing the quick-actuating closure is operated by electrical controler. The quick-actuating closure has safe interlocking devicing.
It can reduce the floor space greatly and save the investment of factory building. Because of lacking horizental kettle journey of transporting the material car, the floor space is only equivalent to 1/4 of the original floor space.
