Product Description

Disc thickener is mainly used for washing and thickening pulp in pulping and paper making process.The pulp at the consistency of 0.8%~1.2% enters into the vat and then is attached to disc sector. The white water in the disc flows into the ends of the hollow shaft through slot and then discharges out. Pulp attached on disc sector is peeled off by high-pressure water.

Features 
I. Gravity disc thickener has large dewatering area, high output, small power allocation and power consumption.
II. Gravity dewatering from level difference between inside and outside need no vacuum water legs. The mounting height is not required, so it will save space.
III. It uses stainless steel mesh. There is no pollution. It is easy to clean and has long life.
IV. It adapts to wide range of pulp, such as waste paper pulp, chemical pulp, chemi-mechanical pulp.
V. It adapts to wide range of pulp consistency from 0. 8% to 2.5%. It uses frequency control. It can be easily adjusted.
