The disc refiner used for beating and improve the beating degree of pulp to satisfy the papermaking demand.
It can be equipped with variety tooth refiner plate. Suitable various raw materials like wood pulp, chemimechanical pulp, chemical pulp and waste paper pulp.
The refiner is divided into single disc refiner, double disc refiner, and DD refiner.
Double disc refiner: The paper pulp enters the center of the grinding area through two pulp inlet pipes, passes through the grinding area under the action of centrifugal force and pulp inlet pressure, and completes the pulping process through the kneading and squeezing of the tooth discs in the grinding area.
The double disc refiner generally has no requirements for raw materials. The basic paper making raw materials use the refiner. Unless it is pure waste paper pulping, some factories will use a pressure screen instead of the refiner. If the raw material is mixed with pulp board, A refiner must be used. Generally, a refiner must be used for high-grade toilet paper.
