Product Description

The dryer cylinder is used as a key component for paper drying - Class I pressure vessels.
The saturated steam introduced from the steam joint condenses inside the dryer, and the released heat causes the temperature of the dryer to rise, thereby heating the sheet coated on the surface of the roll shell. Heat is transferred to the paper during contact between the paper and the dryer surface. The steam releases heat and condenses to produce a large amount of condensed water, which is discharged.

Main features: The pressure screen adopts upflow structure design of bottom pulp feeding, bottom slag discharge and top slag discharge, which effectively solves the above problems. The light impurities and the air in the pulp naturally rise to the top slag discharge port, and the heavy impurities can settle to the bottom and discharge as soon as they enter the body. In this way, on the one hand, the residence time of impurities in the screening area is effectively shortened, the possibility of impurity circulation is reduced, and the screening efficiency is improved; on the other hand, the damage of the heavy impurities on the rotor and the screen drum is prevented, and the service life of the equipment is extended.
