1.The machines is composed of main machine refining chamber,grinding discs,adjuster(adjusting the distance between grinding discs),bearing mechanism,coupling,base plate and so on.
2.The machine is composed of two fixed grinding discs fixed on the main body of the grinding shell and the stator feed disc and a rotor grinding disc installed on the rotor positioning disc to form a grinding zone.
3.The pulp enters the center of the grinding zone from the main body of the casing and the slurry inlet pipe on the stator blade inlet,and passes through the grinding zone under the action of centrifugal force and pulp inlet pressure.Then from pulp outlet sent out.
4.The rotor positioning plate and the main shaft are connected by spline floating,which can make flexible axial movement.
5.The adjustment of the grinding disc gap is manual adjustment.The screw nut is driven to rotate by the transmission of the worm and worm gear,so that the screw rod pushes the stator blade to move correspondingly,so that the grinding zone gap is changed,so that the grindingdisc gap and pressure reach the technological level.Requirements,the maganitude of the current is an indication of the pressure in the grinding zone.
