Product Description

It is mainly used for high concentration separation of heavy impurities such as sand, nail and iron in the pulp of waste water treatment process. It can also be used for the separation of heavy impurities before the low concentration of chemical pulp, which can be used to protect the sieve plate, sieve drum, stator and grinding plate of the equipment, and reduce the pressure of low concentration screening.
       The equipment can choose stainless steel, ceramic, wear-resistant material liner and manual and automatic inspection methods.     This machine has the following characteristics:

          ZSC Series high (middle) consistency stuff cleaner can eliminate heavy impurities larger than ¢3mm in diameter from waste paper stock.as a coarse screening and cleaning equipment, it is usually down-stream equipment of hydrapulper. it can also be installed as an important equipment to protect the operation of down-stream processing equipments
