Product Description

This paper machine is mainly used to produce 600-2500g/m2 thick board, shoe paper, packing board and mud board. The machine is composed of the back part, the round screen forming part, the press dewatering part, the forming part, the wet cutting part, the base part, the transmission part and the auxiliary system.

1.Forming part use Φ 1000 cylinder forming;
2.Press cylinder composed of Φ 400 grooving rollers squeeze;
3.The forming cylinder Φ 450 mm, 2 mm pulp board, material forming;
4.Transmission system adopts partial transmission, ac frequency conversion speed control;
5.The machine is facing the wet cutting part of the paper in the direction of the paper, the transmission is on the right side, for the right hand machine
