1.Cylinder section:

Φ1500mm×2650mm stainless steel cylinder mould 4 sets, Φ480mm×2650mm couch roll 4sets,Φ500mm×2850mm reverse roll 1set, rubber shore hardness HSD85±2.

2.Press section:

one pre-press and three main pressure constitute

Pre-press roll φ400×2850mm 2sets, The cast iron roll body, The surface of the rubber, Thickness of rubber is 20mm, hardness is 90°±2, Bearing No.113622.

Press upper roll: φ850×2850mm 3 sets, Roller body as the natural granite, bearing No.113628; with scraper blade 3sets.

Press low roll: φ800×2850mm 3sets, The cast iron roll body, The surface of the rubber, Thickness of rubber is 20mm, hardness is 90°±2, Bearing No.113628.

3.Dryer part

It is consisted of 28 sets of φ1500mm dryers,drive arrangement is four groups , the bearing of dryer isrolling bearing, exposed drive.

Dryer can: φ1500mm x 2850mm,material is HT200, hardness is HB190-220, working pressure is 0.3Mpa;bearing type is 113536. The dryer can ,Grease lubrication, or rotating steam joint and siphon.
