Product description
The single disc refiner pulp enters the center of the grinding zone from the inlet pulp pipe, passes through the grinding zone under the action of centrifugal force and the inlet pulp pressure, and completes the beating process through the kneading and squeezing of the tooth discs in the grinding zone. The working principle is pulp feeding. The pulp conveyed by the spiral pipe is transported to the refiner, and relies on the
grinding disc to grind into good pulp.

1. The ZDP series single disc refiner is a refiner designed and manufactured on the basis of many manufacturers in the same industry.
2. This machine is a continuous beating equipment for coarse and fine grinding in the pulping system of the paper industry. It can also be used as an efficient decontamination equipment for pulp slag regrind and waste paper repulping. It has the advantages of high production efficiency and low power consumption.
3. This machine is a horizontal single-disc refiner with pulp entering on one side of the single grinding zone and exiting from the radial direction.
4. Two types of packing seal and mechanical seal are adopted, and the seal is reliable, and whether there is pulp leakage can be directly observed.
