Product Overview

Blind holes of different depths and two rows of alternate rows can also be drilled. The opening rate of the blind hole press roller is about 25%~30%, and the hole volume is about 5 times larger than that of the groove press roller, so it can accommodate more Squeeze water. The solid part of the blind hole pressure roller is not as easy to damage as the groove pressure roller, so the roller can be covered with a softer layer of about 70~90 Shore hardness. Structure Principle
The blind press roll is composed of shaft head, roll body, roll shell and wrapping glue.

When the upper and lower blankets are pressed out of the paper sheet, the water in the blind hole rotates at high speed The pressure roller is thrown out of the blind hole under the action of centrifugal force, and is absorbed by the blanket: At the same time, the air at the bottom of the blind hole, due to the pressure reduction of the pressure zone, greatly expands the air volume and rebounds the water in the blind hole Blind holes are also absorbed by the blanket. The blanket can absorb and hold so much moisture, mainly because the blanket has a large pore volume and excellent elastic recovery volume performance. The blanket that is out of the nip and carries a large amount of water must first be washed by a high-pressure and high-pressure water jet pipe, and then passed The vacuum suction box sucks out the water in the blanket to ensure that the blanket is clean enough and the moisture content is low enough to re-carry the paper into the nip for a new round of paper dewatering.
In the double-blanket press, both the upper and lower press rolls can use blind-hole press to achieve symmetrical drainage on both sides, which is a unique advantage different from groove press. Taking into account the needs of high-line pressing, the hardness of the rubber layer of the two blind hole press rolls is generally around 90 Shore hardness.
