4.Q: How long is your guarantee?
A:One Year.We shall supply free exchange for spare parts. After this period, we shall charge at low cost to keep after service.You will be welcomed to contact us with any problem might occurred .
5.Q:Payment terms
A:(1)30% T/T within 10 days after sign contract
(2)70% T/T before shipment
(3)100% L/C is also acceptable
6.Q:How to operate and maintain the machine?
A: We will provide a professional and detailed USER GUIDE to you with the machine;
7.Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.
