Product Description

The outflow pressure screen is designed as an upflow structure for the characteristics of impurities in recycled pulp. It is a new type of reclaimed slurry screening equipment, which can be widely used in coarse screening, fine screening and pre-pulp of various paper pulp. Screening is a new generation of domestic pressure screen.

 

Main features: The pressure screen adopts upflow structure design of bottom pulp feeding, bottom slag discharge and top slag discharge, which effectively solves the above problems. The light impurities and the air in the pulp naturally rise to the top slag discharge port, and the heavy impurities can settle to the bottom and discharge as soon as they enter the body. In this way, on the one hand, the residence time of impurities in the screening area is effectively shortened, the possibility of impurity
circulation is reduced, and the screening efficiency is improved; on the other hand, the damage of the heavy impurities on the rotor and the screen drum is prevented, and the service life of the equipment is extended.
