Product Description

The double disc refiner paper pulp making equipment designed and manufactured by Aotian Company is traditionally installed in stock preparation plants, for both waste paper and virgin pulp, to improve fibers characteristics in order get a better sheet formation and enhance its properties. 

It can be used alone, or multiple refiners can be used in series or in parallel, based on the requirements of the pulp refining process.

Features

(1)Disc refiner is made of niobium alloy cast iron; the main material is cast iron.

(2)The equipment is mainly used for coarse beating, refining and re-pulping of broke and waste paper.

(3)It is available for long fiber pulp such as cotton, wood and hemp.

(4)The equipment is furnished with automatic control system and can beat with constant power or constant energy consumption. (5)The beating effect is stable.
