This machine is composed of corresponding reeling cylinder, reeling roller, spreading roller device, scraper, connecting shaft and main arm, auxiliary arm transmission device, frame, air control operation box, electrical equipment and other components.
1. The cylinder body and cylinder head of the paper reel cylinder are welded by steel plates, the outer circle is polished, and the dynamic balance is adjusted after assembly.
The reeling roller is composed of bulkhead, shaft head, cylinder, bearing house and bearing, coupling, etc. After assembly, the roll body is dynamically balanced at 300m to meet the needs of high-speed rotation on the unwinding frame of the rewinder.
The spreader roller is an arc-shaped roller composed of multi-section sets, and its function is to spread the paper web evenly to both sides.
2. Scraper device: In order to keep the surface of the cold cylinder clean, there is a scraper device.
3. Auxiliary arm device
The auxiliary arm device is composed of auxiliary arms, sector gears, air cylinders and pressure rods.
The auxiliary arm transmission device is composed of a motor, a turbo reducer, and a connecting shaft. The rotation of the auxiliary arm is realized by this system.
4. Main arm device
The main arm device is composed of a main arm, a turning mechanism and an air cylinder. The main arm is pushed or pulled by the air cylinder to rotate around a support fixed to the bottom rail.
5. Frame
The frame is composed of front and rear supports, horizontal rails and bottom rails.
