Paper making press felt refers to the fabric felt used for paper forming and conveying in the paper making industry. It is used for paper forming, wet paper dewatering and conveying. The processing method is to first make a coarse mesh and thin base cloth with synthetic fibers, and then spread them with chemical fibers. After needle punching, chemical treatment, resin finishing and heat setting, it is required to have good dehydration, smoothness, and dirt resistance. Resistance, abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, antibacterial resistance, heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance, etc.
1. Single layer felt: usually suitable for medium and low-speed paper machines with speeds below 800MPM, mainly used to produce packaging paper, cultural paper, household paper and special paper, etc. The gram weight range of felt is 700-1200GSM, with a smooth surface. With characteristics of smooth surface, good pressure resistance, high strength, good dehydration, easy to clean, long service life and so on.
2. Double layer felt are usually suitable for medium and low-speed paper machines with speeds below 800MPM. They are mainly used to produce packaging paper, cultural paper, household paper and specialty paper, etc. The gram weight range of felt is 700-1200GSM. With characteristics of smooth surface, good pressure resistance, high strength, good dehydration, easy to clean, long service life and so on.
3. Combination felt: This kind of felt can resist pressure up to 1000KN/M, the working speed is 300-1000MPM, and the gram weight range of felt is 1200-1900GSM. It has the characteristics of stable structure, superior pressure resistance, strong continuous dehydration ability, high strength, smooth surface, not easy to deform, long service life and so on.
