Product Description
The box tissue machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and is equipped with touch screen multi-screen man-machine interface operating system. The remote communication service system is independently developed to monitor the operation of the machine at any time. The whole machine adopts synchronous belt drive, the speed ratio between the front and rear of the transmission speed change machine makes the equipment suitable for the needs of various raw paper, which greatly improves the quality and efficiency.
Working principle
1.3 rows 580mm,4 rows 850mm,5 rows roll width 1050, 7 rows roll width 1450mm, 10 rows roll width 2050mm;
2. The paper backing frame adopts pneumatic paper stepless adjustment speed ratio to adjust different paper tension;
3 can be folded according to the need of different width of the product, can choose point cut or cut;
4.The original paper alignment function can be configured as required;
5. Automatic shutdown system for paper breaking to avoid waste products caused by no paper or paper breaking;
6.Using forward and backward inching switch traction paper, easier and safer operation.
