This machine is suitable for cutting and rewinding large size coil materials such as web, plastic sheet, aluminum foil, PVC, plastic film, insulation material, etc. The machine adopts the method of surface coiling, it is the equipment for cutting small size coil.
Feature
1.The main machine has the functions of frequency converter speed regulation, PLC touch screen control, automatic meter counting, automatic length determination, alarm stop, automatic tension control and so on.
2.Sprocket type pneumatic expansion shaft (3 inches) can be optional automatic feeding; Adopt photoelectric rectifying control system (ultrasonic rectifying system is optional)
3.Adopt the structure of flat cutting device (optional with circular cutting device). Exhaust device of waste side automatic fan.
4.The frame adopts steel plate structure and the guide roller adopts static balance treatment of aluminum alloy guide roller.
5.The machine is rewound by means of surface coiling, and the rewinding reel adopts the air expanding shaft of sliding friction shaft (3 inches).
