The single spiral squeeze pulp machine is a pulper used for pulp dehydration. It can effectively handle various slurry concentrations. The concentrated pulp has uniform dryness and stable pulp yield. The degree of fiber percussion is rarely affected, and the non clogging and non slipping design reduces the wear and corrosion of the screw. Mainly used for extracting black liquor from large pulp mills: Installed under a spray bin, the black liquor is separated from the pulp by mechanical extrusion of a variable diameter and pitch screw, and the black liquor is separated from the filter frame to the black liquor tank. The pulp concentration can also be adjusted using a back pressure device at the discharge point. This equipment can also be used to concentrate finished pulp and sell it directly as commercial pulp.
