Product description

Holy roll is a leveling device at the headbox weir pool. The quality of the pulp on the Internet plays a very important role. When the slurry passes through the homogenization roller, it first flows into the center of the roller, and then flows from the center along the radius direction. After passing through the roller, a strong small vortex is formed between the two holes, making the slurry flow in a micro-turbulent state, so that the fibers in the slurry flow are dispersed and the fiber flocculation is avoided.
Holy roll is a hollow thin-walled roller with regularly distributed round holes on the roller surface. The efficiency of these round holes and the micro produced when the slurry flows through the round holes are used to achieve the purpose of rectifying and dispersing fibers. When the stock flow passes through the rotating homogenization roller, it will inevitably produce a wave tracking effect, which will lead to the generation of fiber oriented streaks, resulting in poor rectification effect, which in turn will cause a series of paper problems. For obvious reasons, the homogenizing roll is only suitable for medium and low speed paper machines.
